• we observe before intervening. We analyze the client's request and the context (private garden, flowerbeds and public green spaces, etc.), evaluating size, feasibility, complexity, and cost.
• We respect and consider the plants' natural growth cycles, their location, purpose/function, age, and overall health.
• We use the most suitable techniques and solutions to achieve the agreed-upon objective.
• We leave the site as clean as possible, making every effort to facilitate the disposal of any debris.
